Hey Thomas! I've been watching your channel for a while! Do you think Keto would be helpful for someone with Autoimmune Disease? Or ADHD? I have 2 autoimmune diseases, have low energy, and had to even quit my job due to severe brain fog & my poor health. My husband has severe ADHD that interferes with certain aspects of life as well. We are 25 and 27 respectively.

Constant keto keeps up constant cortisol causing thyroid and metabolic shut down. I know I'll get a big backlash because of the whole starstruck keto zombies who believe they'll never suffer a single side effect of this diet. But facts are facts and only time will tell. It happened to me, now I'm in a recovery group who all had normal thyroid before keto and now medicated after keto.

I’ve been sutggling so much lately. These last few months I’ve been binging beyond what I’ve ever done before. Typically hitting 2 fast food places to eat at the same time, or eat multiple items from 1 fast food along with soda and junk food addiction. I use to be very very active years prior, long distance running and energy.
Ive gained 20 lbs in a the last few months, just turned 35 and worst shape ever.
I understand where and what I need to change but haven’t been able to stay on task
