Interesting curcumin is in every Indian curry dish but they have a high rate of fatty liver too. I best to take turmeric and curcumin supplements everyday. What about digestive enzyme amylase in radishes which helps break down complex carbohydrates into compounds that are easier to assimilate? I heard radish have all the good digestive enzymes and the ability to break down lipids(fats) and help create bile from the gall bladder to aid in digestion and also has a liver detox effect? Can you please research the benefits of Radish on Liver and digestive system? Looking forward.

Love the channel. Random question. If someone just HAD to make Fries but from potatoes. What potato with skin would do the least damage on a low carb lifestyle? (Red, sweet, russet etc)

As a person who suffers with slow digestion, I am not sure I should slow it down. But I get your point. Thank you.

Do purple sweet potatoes taste like the orange sweet potato? I may have to try them!

Hey, iam a bit confused, what are the benefits of slowing starch chain breakdown? Its keeping you satisfied longer, and doesnt spike your insulin as much right?
When i try to do low carb and lose some fat tissue, is this relevant? Can i still add a small portion of rice to my dish, and using curcumin for example will help me to keep those insulin levels down?
Thanks for advice in advance <3

I really enjoy learning the types of foods or seasonings that you can add along side things in order to help your body have the best response to it. I am always seasoning according to the needs of my dish and the needs of my health. It's a little way I can help nudge my body in the right direction, benefiting me in the long run.

Can you explain in a single video, why pasta (good quality) is bad for non keto people?

I add Curry powder to my pink salt and shake it on everything. Curry has the turmeric and black pepper. There are two kinds of Cinnamon. CELYON CINNAMON is especially good to lower blood sugar. I also buy Kuzu Starch at oriental store. It is a resistant starch to thicken gravies and it lowers blood sugar

As a nutritionist board certified in Miami Florida, I can tell you right now this is not good to tell your viewers. First off subtitles high in carbs and even if they have a high protein, with cinnamon and all the other spices are recommending their blood sugar will spike.
