    Stay positive everybody, but remember if you are feeling sad you don't have to immediately start being positive and happy when you're not. It's okay to be sad just don't stay in that dark place for too long. Take care of yourself and remember we're all equally unimportant in the eyes of Cthulhu, so through inverse logic we are all equally very important ?

    A persons vitamin D levels could be a factor when it comes to mental health. Did a blood test this year and found out I had a very low lvl, so I started taking vitD and my mind has gotten more calm

    This is a really hard topic to talk about, and even a short video like this takes a lot of courage to do, and it really doesn't help that the best way to deal with mental health is to talk about it, I myself tried going to a psychologist, I probably went less than 5 tives without any significant process and she stopped working there and i stopped going too, most of the ''progress'' was she saying that i should talk more, which is kinda hard for me to talk with people i have barely any connections with. Now if i have any mental health issues I'm…not sure, i really don't want to self diagnose yk? But i also wouldn't say everything is alright or maybe i am just overthinking all of this or maybe i just need a boyfriend or all of the above…no i def need a boyfriend…(where was i going with this…). So sometimes its easier to talk about it with friends you trust rather than a professional you just met even tho the professional has more experience and knowledge in the subject and if you have a friend that has mental health issues just being there to listen to him can help a lot or not even that just saying ''im here if you want to talk about it'' can help a lot too just knowing that there is someone that is willing to listen to them can be very helpful so if you think someone is going through something say that to them and be there if they need anything. And if nootropics are the answer you found great that they're helping and even better that you are spreading that, which is something i never heard about until now tbh, and who knows how many people this video can help and putting all these links in the description is also really helpful, so great video overall you're doing amazing with these videos and don't force yourself too much when talking about these subjects you don't gotta go 16 times the detail neither 4 times the script size you're doing fantastic❤❤

    mental health is always a battle and the only way to win is to have supporting parts of your life that hold up mental health such as eating right, exercise and doing something creative, worthwhile or fulfilling

    Damn, I suffer from lack of concentration and likely depression that I had to get some concentraion pills. For my depression, I don't think my dad believes in depression and just tells me to not be sad. I have to take therapy behind his back and pet my dog so often, it's working. Oh and the streams help me a LOT

    Even not talking about what exactly you are supposed to eat drink or take, proper diet (might even include those suplements for example) is not only important for muscles, but for brain too as it is physical part of the body that needs building materials and something to empower it
