How are people taking this? How many times a day and how many milligrams? I tried this a while back and it didn't seem to help my insomnia, but I don't think I gave it enough of a chance. There are like a million things on the google machine that claim to help or cure insomnia, but most don't seem to work that well.

I understand that it resides inside the cell wall and can rise to the outside to signal macrophages to consume the cell if it is damaged. Very import otherwise your liver will be overtaxed.

What time of day do you suggest taking it? I have a stressful job and I struggle with sleep so if it reduces cortisol, maybe taking it in the evening would help.
