I have 2 recurrent missed miscarriage within 2yr,due to blood clotting,but there was no bleeding no pain and no more symptoms, fetal heartbeat has gone at 8week USG..i took progesterone & folate.but nothing was done with that..my ESR 80, & wbc count 12000 during pregnancy..plss suggest me..

My ACA and LA are positive..
APTT and DDimer are ups and downs, so I have to control what I eat a day..
I prescribed with aspirin, but not with heparin..
I also prescribed with omega 3..
This is my third pregnancy.. The two pregnancy before I had C section..

I loss my baby due to thick placenta and less. Blood supply.My APS was. negative before pregancy. I took aspirin. And heparin. But still. Loos my baby. Soon. After my miscrriage I was found to. Be postive for antibeta2glyco protein igm means it's new.. Doctor diagnosed it as obestric APLA. Rite now I. Am. On. Wysolone hydroxycholoquine and tacrolimus. Is it enough. What ate my chance of having a live baby. I am. So tensed

Thank you! I have aps in the low range and had 7 miscarriages. What worked for me to have a successful pregnancy was baby aspirin and lovonox 40mg daily. Now last miscarriage was treated by 4 week and it didn’t make it but with my last attempt treating it prior to conception was at least two before prior. I was aps negative for almost 2 years now it’s back. Not trying to conceive but if I were I would follow the same protocol. Also I had to do progesterone suppositories daily.

My wife had 4 miscarriages, 1 1st trimester and 3 2nd trimester… Initial diagnosis was Cervical incompetence.. but later,
She was diagnosed with APS weak positive… We had Lapro stitch inplace for cervix..
Doc gave Progest+aspirin+Heparin… And the with help of god sent doc, we wer able to complete 32W and she delivered in C-Sec

I was diagonised with APS after 2 miscarriages and a still birth. Being in Zimbabwe a developing country has its own medical problems. I was put on Clexane injections (blood thinners) and I got to held my first baby on the 5th pregnancy. She was 32weeks. Second and third baby 36 weeks.
It was a toll order to get the injections. I used to buy them for $20USD / injection and I have to take it everyday until 6 weeks after delivery.
Living in a developing country with people surviving on $1/ day and having to look for about $500USD for injections a month is something else.
I'm grateful I have my healthy babies now 10,8 and 6years.
