My Top Nootropics for a Stronger Brain
This is a guide to the top nootropics that I am using right now. If you’ve seen my previous videos, you’ll know that I generally avoid anything that acts like a stimulant, or that boosts one neurotransmitter at the expense of others. I’m not a huge fan of things with lots of caffeine, modafinil or the racetams.
What I do like though, are nootropics that strengthen brain health, that act as precursors and building blocks for neurotransmitters and that are neuroprotective. I also like nootropics that encourage brain plasticity and I’m keen on boosting testosterone.
This selection provides a bit of everything, so watch the video for more! If you enjoy, please like, share and subscribe. And be sure to check out more of my content and follow me on social media – links below!

Microdosing LSD can increase neuro-plasticity, increase the frequency of flow stats and increase creativity, energy and percetive abilities. The downside of course is that it is illegal.

I think the only multi vitamins worth taking are ones containing bio available ingredients, a lot of multis contain cheap synthetic vitamins which your body canât absorb. Only problem is there a bit more pricey.

Magnesium threonate is pretty great. It's by far the most expensive form, coming in at 3-4x the price of the far more common citrate or bisglycinate forms, so if you're on a budget, you might need to cycle it, but it is definitely the form that crosses the blood-brain barrier most readily. I take 165mg every morning with my empty stomach stack, and 250mg of magnesium citrate before bed, because magnesium cycles through the body roughly every 12 hours, so you can take that high a dose without shitting your pants. The reason ZMA formulas use the aspartate form of magnesium is because the magnesium has to be bound to something for bioavailability, whether it's glycine or citric acid or aspartic acid. In this case I think they just do it with aspartic acid because that's an amino acid involved in muscle tissue synthesis. I don't bother with ZMA because I get all those nutrients elsewhere so it wouldn't be cost effective for me.
