Ok! Listen – some people will just never respond to cholinergics. Their brains really might just have a cholinergic dominance, OR not need any additional cholinergic signaling enhancements.

These folks TEND to respond better to dopamine affecting nootropics, like L-Tyrosine, Modafinil, Phenylalanine, L-Dopa, and others.

    Yes! Yes! Yes!

I still get some benefit from Noopept but it feels a bit more like a dopaminergic to me. I also do get some vivid long term memory recall that is undeniable but the cholinergics have never done much if anything for me. I also have only once gotten what I thought might be a racetam headache (might have been unrelated) and I have never required a choline source with my racetams. I'll have to look up that choline dominance guy. BTW, if anyone is looking for a good B-supplement, I really like Thorne's B-Complex #12.

Thanks for this video. As always… love the information you give us!

Have a question for you, in regards to Alpha-GPC:

I had AWESOME experience with Alpha-GPC! LOVE THAT STUFF!

When I discovered Apha-GPC, I experienced a HUGE increase in mental clarity, mental endurance, the ability to speak more robust and fluidly, a pronounced increase in cognitive abilities as well as physical endurance and enhanced motivation at the gym…. my body transformation has gone through the roof! Not to mention, I was nearly completely void of any mental anxiety, even when in the midst of some of life’s most stressful events.

I But recently, I seem to have become tolerant to it. Would I be simply wasting money if I purchase CDP Choline?

Also: will a few weeks/months of staying clear of Alph-GPC enable me to regain a level of sensitivity to it? Thanks for any response.

I dont respond well to either. I had 250mg CDP choline and i felt pretty good, like a miild boost. But the next day the same dose did not work. I dont respond well to tyrosine either. 500mg i notice nothing and 1g i feel sick and anxious. Might wanna try Uridine.

I’ve been on Adderall for the past year and now it’s suddenly stopped working. All i get now is an intense headache and overwhelming brain fog/confusion at any dose.
I purchased uridine and cdp choline thinking it might help, but I experienced the same thing — headache/brain fog. Any idea on what might be going on, and what i should try?

I’ve consulted to my doctor, but they were no help. So I’m just going to figure it out on my own.

This is more a infomercial. Why can't you respond to the 16 questions below? The video raises more questions than it answers. I heard you name over twenty substances but still don't know what each of them does or what the nuances are.
