In this video we explain the necessity to switch between cholinergic and dopaminergic compounds, to get the best utility out of nootropics.

Because look… cycling is necessary, tolerance is real, and nootropics CAN come with side effects if you use them the wrong way.

Sometimes, you want to take entire 4 week cycles completely off of nootropics.

And to really get the best performance effects from nootropic compounds, it’s critically important to cycle between nootropic compounds that affect particular systems.

Quick question for ya? I am new too nootropics but have been doing a bit of research in regards to various brands and stacks…Not sure if you have ever tried the brand ciltep but what do you feel would be the difference between your stack and ciltep weather if you've tried it or by the ingredients as far as for producing energy and motivation to get through a complete work day? Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge ?

Thank you for the prompt response and info….I recently purchased Ciltep and have been taking it for approximately two weeks and feel very little effect from it…Not bashing the company but just knowing different things work for different people…I will definitely making a purchase from your company the next time around to see if it uplifts me a bit more….I also definitely enjoy the content that you continue to put out and are not just totally biased to your product…Thank you much

    Yes! Great topic!

It also helps if you really do the work to find your lowest effective dosages. I haven't noticed any down regulation alternating stacks weekly with a clean day in between but I try to keep my stacks fairly simple, with low dosages, and though I am always targeting dopamine to some extent I try to alternate the method of action such as up-regulation, supplementation, or re-uptake, etc. For instance alternating Uridine which should increase receptor density with Tyrosine which should supplement the transmitter itself. Of course, I'm no expert and could be completely wrong but it seems to work for me. I do caffeinate daily so that kinda throws a wrench into my plans but coffee doesn't count, right ;).

BTW, cycling is also good because most nootropic compounds have a lot of health benefits beyond their effects on neurotransmitters so its good to get a variety.

As a pilot in my mid fifties, you can imagine my brain needs to be tack sharp!!! I started nootropics a few months ago just to see the difference in my overall brain function. Starting with Brain Force, I found it to be amazing in its action. I didn’t know what I was feeling but I knew something was different…….in a good way. I recently tried Cortex and I have found to give me more mental alertness but only for about an hour or two. I’m going to cycle off for a week and then try Cortex again to see the difference. Thanks for a great product.
