So you create “science for supplement companies” “design studies to substantiate their claims” lolol so some supplement company develops a product but then gets it researched after to verify it actually works?! What a joke this industry is, how about stop scamming people for money.

A very balanced conversation about the science of being healthy, sleep benefits, prebiotics and probiotics. Don't forget its not about popping a probiotic, get into the old traditional ways of using fermented foods there are a billion more living probiotics in a teaspoon of sauerkraut than in a manufactured pill. We are only on the tip of the iceberg about knowing how the gut microbiome controls and affects us. We are made up more of bugs/microbiome than our own cells.
