Brains are still developing during teenage years so definitely not and amphetamines should not be taken during this period of time either because it definitely alters naturally occurring neurotransmitter levels

What’s the best starter nootropics for something like focus and being more attentitive in my daily life I just lose interest quick cause of my adhd I’m a recovering addict and don’t wanna take adderall as I was addicted to it before I’m sober now with a family and my wife was addicted to it as well so I don’t want it around her thanks man great vids subbed

Probably naturals like choline and uridine tyrosine etc are ok but stay away from racetams and various others until 25ish
