Treating PTSD with Nootropic Supplements
In this video, we look at the recent evidence that shows survivors of natural disasters like a major hurricane, fire or earthquake can develop post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Just like soldiers returning from combat.
Here we’ll define exactly what PTSD is. And how to recognize the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Including what it looks like in kids.
Next, we investigate how PTSD affects your brain.
And why the only thing mainstream medicine can offer those who’ve gone through natural disasters like hurricans, typhoons, floods, fires and earthquakes, is psychotherapy (talk therapy), antidepressants, benzodiazepines, or dopamine-blocking agents.
But these methods often don’t work. And you continue to suffer.
The thing is, PTSD is not a tough nut to crack no matter what the mental health professionals say.
In this video, you’ll learn how many have found relief from PTSD using natural nootropic supplements instead.

Ashwagandha sends me into a periodic rage for a day or more. Not even lithium, which is absolute bliss, can counteract it. Any idea what's going on?

This is very helpful but it would be great if there was more acknowledgment that PTSD does not only come from natural disasters and people on active duty. Victims of mental abuse and physical abuse also have been greatly effected.
