Is there such thing as too much salt? Is using the pink salt in water, should one cut down on sodium in foods?

I need TONS of salt in order to not feel fatigued. I usually take 1/2 tsp preworkout and 1/2 post workout, I salt all my foods and I salt all my fluids (salted creamy coffee is bomb!!). Thanks for the reminder…sometimes I forget if fasting or just not eating enough and wondering why I feel lethargic that I probably need some broth or pickles…with added salt.
