People smoke too much thc and ofc you get sideffects. normal weed not even good one is 16 high doses so you prob had bad experiance and people that you see smoking joints have too big tolarance i say prob for you 1:1 is good

Use a dry herb vaporizer with your cbd. Much healthier for your lungs and you get the actually terpenes in your system which is great for overall well being. Smoking CBD at very hot temperatures changes the chemical composition of the herb. You don’t want that.

I have arthritis and fibromyalgia along with multiple disk herniations and when I smoked, it made all the joints in my body feel like it’s filled with air bubbles and I couldn’t stop cracking and popping them. I would crack my neck muscles a lot of times because of the flower and I have a lot of neck damage now because of weed. It was obviously addicting and I’ve had to quit 3times and every time was just as hard cause of all the withdrawals. So I have completely stopped weed for everyday use. someone is recommending cbd to me but I’m skeptical cause I never want to go thru those withdrawal feeling again at all. does CBD control appetite? And will it give me any of those withdrawals if I try it then decide to quit?

People gotta quit sleeping on CBD. Just cuz it dont get you high doesnt mean you cant benefit from it. Personally I smoke both. CBD during the day and THC to settle down at night.

Hard pill to swallow when you love delta. 9 thc and regular cannabis but knoww for a fact it inhibits your motivation and want to do things. Trying to just smoke CBD now and hoping to stay that route, I agree with the creativity thing. I had a really REALLY bad trip on THC and got sycosis with anxiety and panic attacks for months… I couldn't eat and couldn't think very well, I purchased a joint of CBD with 0.3 THC but I'm scared to try… it causes paranoia because of the THC it has? Smoked CBD for the first time while watching this and I feel really good. Calm and definitely mellowed out.
I’m actually using CBD “cigarettes” as a substitute to quit nicotine. Obviously, CBD isn’t going to give me the same head high that I get from vaping and traditional cigarettes, but I’m hoping the action of smoking will help ease the intense craving to smoke SOMETHING. I’m on my third day of quitting nicotine, and this isn’t easy… but the CBD is easing a lot of the anxiety and frustration that I’ve been feeling. So far, so good.
Let’s all work on improving ourselves and make every day a good one. ✌?

I used to smoke THC all day every day for years.. then one day it gave me panic attacks, not sure why cuz I was chill, it just felt like I kept having heart attacks every time I smoked and even when I stopped smoking, the panic attacks stayed.
Will CBD also cause those same panic attacks or would it help the anxiety because there’s no head high?
