Thanks for all the great Information. This has been a life saver for us still stuck In Non legal States. And Not one medication I've been put on has had the results as Delta 8 gummies.

So I jave chronic insomnia. I bought my 1st pack of gummies 50mg each. First night tried 50mg since its my first time knocked me out next day did 50mg waited over an hr got nothing next night I gave up took 3 instead of 1 so thats 150mg hr later hit me. NEXT night dane thing got nothing I keep having to go up insane for a first timer whats up with that I finally tried 5 250mg barely felt much any clue why this is happening?

at last a responsable streamer, everybody else says "take one drop of 1 ml" and man… is a lot to start, i start with 0.2 ml and its a sweet spot to relax and not be paranoid

So how do you exactly know if it’s too much without actually taking too much. I started off slow and it didn’t really do anything for me. Following day I went up and that was too much. Def got stoned and it wasn’t pleasant. So how would I find that sweet spot without getting adverse effects?

I’m sure it’s been mentioned in the comments but I just want to clarify:
There are NO strains of Delta 8, sativa, indica, hybrid, none of that applies to delta 8 distillate.
the “indica”/“sativa” aspects can only come from added cannabinoids like CBD/CBG/CBN and terpene profiles (terps only give flavor no effetcs).
So calling d8 products “indica”/“sativa” is slightly misleading on the manufacturer part.

Hello, I recently found your channel and you’re very informative and I love that. I don’t know anything about the new variants of cannabis. I take care of somebody that is elderly who is unresponsive to pain medicine and cannabis works pretty well for them but it makes them un-present and reduces their quality of life so I’ve searched for options like this. I’m not sure if you’re even going to see this, but if you happen to and you have any thoughts on other things out there cannabis related that has been affective in your experience for anxiety and pain other than CBD oil I would appreciate your thoughts. Anyway thank you for the informative video looking forward to more!

I'd stay away from this stuff. Delta 8 Ended up in the ER. Can't trust the dosages.
