It is controversial. Cognitive vitality did review this supplement for brain health and concludes "Some clinical trials of phosphatidylserine supplements have shown modestly improved cognitive function, but better-designed trials reported no benefit."

Just placebo man. FDA is a corrupt agency looking after the interests of Big Pharma.

Great video, I had a question though!
For how long did you take ps until you started noticing changes?
And does one get used to of it?

How do you like Phosphatidylserine? 🙂

Phosphatidylserine is also a global immunosuppressant that will make most viral infections much worse by stopping the body attacking certain cells. That is why it protects nerve cells from death, because it is lowering your immune system. In addition phosphatidylserine is also a natural inflammatory agent in the body, so it can increase the level of blood coagulation under pathophysiological conditions, such as infection, which may help the spread of viruses inside the body. This supplement may help improve brain function, but has a number of negative indications that may place people at significant risk. This Includes increased risk of cancer. Be warned.

I am taking this at the moment but it is from soy. It is suppose to be good for reducing cortisol too, handy if i have done a stressful workout. Heard is it a good combo to take ginkgo with it.

I would suggest combining it with Marine Phytoplankton.

Have you tried agmatine?

I wanna try it for my adrenal fatigue but it's too expensive 🙂
I'll stick to ashwagandha.

I have psoriasis and I find that PS + MSM makes a huge improvement to the quality of my skin.

I started this week at 100 mg and instantly noticed a difference throughout my body, and I didn’t have a clear idea of what it did prior so less likelihood of placebo. I took 300 before a workout a couple days later and had the best workout of my life – I only stopped because I was sweating more than I was comfortable with, not because I was tired! It’s not even been a week and I’m feeling this as a definite top 5 of all supplements I’ve taken over the past 13 years. Looking to get into a higher-grade supplement as I purchased the first one I found at the store, which is a soy-based product.

Would this be something to avoid if you have a history of high blood pressure or anxiety as well?

I heard white beans are high in PS
