CBD oil Canada: PLANT OF LIFE hemp products specs and review: anxiety, pain relief, sleep, stress

Happy Holidays Friends! Are you stressed out? Have chronic pain? Thinking about trying CBD oil for whatever other reasons? I have a long review for you (re-shot and re-edited several times over and months in the making!) I go over the specs and Plant of Life’s product line and share my experience (including a fun story + bonus footage). Does it help? Short answer: every body is different, I felt some benefits.

Upon doing more research out of curiosity, Vitamin E acetate found in OTHER vaping pens is KNOWN to be damaging for lungs as per CDC https://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/basic_information/e-cigarettes/severe-lung-disease.html
Plant of Life vape pens use: Propylene glycol & vegetable glycerin. Evidence points to it not being safe so I’d avoid it and consume it in the oil liquid form. http://www.smoke-free.ca/SUAP/2019/propylene-glycol-and-vegetable-glycerin-and-vaping-oct2019.pdf
