I am so confused LOL. I am new to your videos. I was just diagnosed with ADHD (innatentive type). I received my prescription for Adderall. I took it once and my butt kissed my chair for a whooping 8 hours, wow!!. However, doing my research, I do not want to be addicted to it. So far, I just took 2 capsules. I took L-tyrosine 500mg + 5 HTP for a week with no effect. In your experience and knowledge, what will be the best stack to take? My problem is no motivation, big time procrastination, poor memory, and my mind wanders all the time. I have not tried the ones you mentioned here and in the ADHD video prior. I can't afford Qualia MIND. Any thoughts? I know you're not an MD but I would like to get an opinion from a guy who has so much experience with all these nootropics. Thanks in advance!

Lemon Balm, Polygala, and 7,8-DHF are my FAVORITE. I do wish racetams would get back in stock. TAU is an interesting one for me–it makes me sleepy, so I take it to go to bed. 😛

yesterday i took my first modafinil but it didn't work on me and i had taken 50mg. Today i had taken 100mg but results are not that good. i guess i can focus only 2hrs and then its gone well, im not feeling sleepy but yah as you mention in your videos that it will energies you and you will feel motivated whole day it didn't. well im 18 and dont take any other medicine or drugs or alcohol. can you tell what should i do cause i have taken it without prescription for my studies

You also must try pycnogenol/oligopin if you haven't yet. It decreases the amount of dopamine-receptors, which makes it a good for preventing dopamine tolerance I think. Studies have also shown quite good results on adhd with pycnogenol. It's a bit similar to egcg, which keeps dopamine high by preventing it from converting into norepinephrine. The difference I think, is that the tolerance built-up on pycnogenol is lower than egcg, thanks to the stabilizing effects on receptors.
