    I had an idea and wanted to know your opinion or experience about it. I use the nicotine spray. But it gets very expensive. I checked the ingredients. It's very similar with nicotine liquid for electric cigarettes. And the e-liquid costs just a tenth of it. I would be glad if you tell your opinion about that. I still have to calculate how much nicotine has to be in the liquid to be similar with the original.

    How should I go about replacing my amphetamines for ADHD? I'm trying to get to the next level and start a car sales career and it's really hard to resist the NZT-like effects that amphetamines give me. If they didn't make me psychotic it would be no question, but I get crazy intrusive thoughts and start thinking everyone's hearing my thoughts or planting thoughts in my head and it's a wild time man.

    Mate I started using Piracetam 1g Prami 100 mg with 200mg alpha gpc 2-3 times a day, but it makes me super sleepy 30 minutes after taking them. On discord, someone recommended taking alpha gpc out and yea without alpha gpc I don't feel sluggish. Any clue why alpha gpc putting me to sleep. Thanks!

    For rhodiola, i experienced great results.
    Alway take it fasted since i workout fasted, its great anyway because i can tell directly if something works or not.
    But most important thing is it has to be at lest 3%rosavin version.
    Often its not even labeled or its the 3%salidrosid and 1%rosavin version, but for exercise benefits it has to be the 3%rosavin(or higher) and 1%salidrosid version

    For 22:34 one study showed that rhodiola rosea significantly increased conversion from type II muscle fiber (fast twitch) to type I fiber (slow twitch), which makes me think rhodiola would be good for endurance athletes (marathoners, long distance biking, etc) but might be counter-productive for power / speed athletes (powerlifting, sprinting, stuff like that).

    I love phenylpiracetam. Unfortunately, finding it these days is nearly impossible. I found a stack of Sabroxy, Polygala tenuifolia, Caffeine, and L Tyrosine words decently well for mood, focus, and motivation in place of phenylpiracetam.

    Never use nothing like this.
    I had a accident and I lost a bit of the motivation because of that and the time to wait for the surgerys ,I'm still in recovery process
    I'm 48 years old and I like to find a new path or going to oil rigs but a different path, helicopter..like to know if I could use any to help me with studying a better decisions..could help in what I should buy and ofcourse the supplement to support it,please
