I'm not certain if I learned the best places to buy. I'm not a fan of using price as a qualifier. There should be a better way. I wonder why there aren't more engaged consumers. It would seem that would be the best way to know. However, I do appreciate the video.

This was very helpful, as I want to avoid doing business with sub par companies.

On an unrelated note, why are racetams so hard to source in the US now? Has something changed regulatory-wise?

I been thinking of a natural dopamine agonist like Mucuna pruriens and muira puama I thought I would try those then see if I get any results if not then I will move on to Sulbutiamine any ideas, Performance Lab does look interesting as a Nootropic

Thank you. The only way to know for sure is to pay for the lab test yourself. Company can give one product to the lab and send entirely other one to the customer. Study was looking at supplements sold in Walmart, Target, GNC, and a few other large stores. 4 out of 5 didn't have specified ingredients at all! Many had rice flour as the main ingredient. Best to buy unpowdered herbs, but of course, that will not work with supplements.

First of all, thank you for this insanely fascinating content. How can I improve this stack for the goal of general high cognitive/athletic performance — L-theanine, NALT, Taurine, CarnoSyn Beta-alanine, natural caffeine (e.g., guayusa, guarana, matcha, etc)

Hi! ? Your videos are so interesting and informative. I have a question. How do I get my gaba receptors to function naturally again? I am in the process of slowing withdrawing from the medication gabapentin (neurontin) after being on it for pain for 9 years. I am so absent minded, having spells of confusion, loss of balance, dizziness, forgetting words, tingling in feet, etc. making it hard to keep going through discontinuing due to these withdrawal symptoms. Should I totally avoid supplements that work on the gaba system like lemon balm? Which neurotransmitters should I emphasize trying to work on first? Are magnesium glycinate, citicoline, taurine, and l-theanine ok or will they interfere with getting the gaba receptors up and running again? Thanks ?
