If you are suffering from anxiety and stress and looking for relief and nothing you’ve tried has worked – this is for you.
Researchers at the University of Helsinki found that , “chronic stress may critically affect cellular energy metabolism. A finding that may offer new targets for therapeutic interventions of stress-related diseases”.
So, if we support energy metabolism in mitochondria then this may be another option for some to cope or reduce anxiety and stress.

Thanks for the info Doctor, my stepson is getting panic attacks after smoking marijuana. Do you think the supplements in this video will work on that or perhaps the other ones you mentioned on another video like Gaba, L Tryptophan, L Tyrosine and L thiamine? thanks again.

I get anxiety when I get around people. Not very helpful if you’re trying to make friends. I get so nervous I tell them my whole life story. Then I feel guilty for telling them my whole life story. Then I only talk about subjects I know like cattle and feel like a know it all. I’ll do all of this bc of anxiousness.

What would be the best piracetam formulation? Just piracetam + choline and maybe add some piperine too?
