Im looking to do a 1 andro cycle, and something John said at the 6:58 mark i want to understand better. So after the recommended 60 day cycle, do 30 days post cycle, then 30 days of not doing anything, then jump back on cycle, is that correct and if so does that also apply to if you do only a 30 day cycle of prohormones?

Hi, I have a question, I want to do a cycle of 1 Testo + DECA. for 2 months, I can take both together from the first day of the cycle, or do I need to wait until one is finished, and then start taking the other! and for post cycle therapy, i saw that they indicate arimistane and arimiplex, when should they start to be taken?
