I'm taking tongkat Ali for 2 weeks now so far no noticeable effects libido even feels kinda lowered, should I double my daily intake (from 400 to 800 mg) ?

Tribulus Harder than a Diamond in an Ice Storm, increased Urine. Tongkat in 90 days my grip strength went from 140lbs 10 reps to 197lbs 9 reps, more vascularity.

Do not like TRT it tanked DHEA-S levels in less than 2 weeks. TRT didn't move the needle on my overall levels. DHEA 10mg every other day moved my levels into the 400's from 300's. Please do a video on DIM maybe Tongkat with Dim might offset any issues. Not to mention TRT causes Red Blood cell increases which cause heart palpitations and other issues.

Tribulus is great, it enhances androgen receptors. Doesn't matter how much total T you have if your AR receptors are suboptimal.

Do they actually work though? Cause for sure they don't to me. I've taken fadogia, tongkat ali, shilajit…I'm not seeing it and I made sure I get quality ones. Hell, Ive bought shilajit straight from himalayas whoever sells it there, yet seeing no results. I'm not sure what to make of supplements like these, I believe we should focus more on what's been proven to work and studied really well e.g. creatine 🙂

Good video mike. When you have time , a video on Gotu kola would be great. I know you don’t use it but why? I hear great things about it. Good for skin memory concentration yet not a lot of YouTube touch the herb. Quite confusing

at some point in the future could you do a video on your fasting regime? Like the eating window, what type of foods you eat too. I need to do intermittent fasting, since i do alot of night shifts i notice i weigh more and starting to get love handles and abs are disappearing. i do cardio and bodyweight/weight training too. Tongkat Ali by Soloray mental/mood boost was/is noticeable on day 1 for me. A real boost alright…for me personally it’s incredible. A bit more of sex on the brain, too. Confidence…clarity of mind.
I have mega experience with supplements…I’m too self-aware, and I didn’t expect much, but I simply got/get a lot. Predictably. So far I take it only on the days (mornings) I feel like it, and I’m aware to not overdo it, for lots of reasons…so that works for me. Oddly enough, while it may sound suspect of the Soloray quality of their Tongkat Ali, I can take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I’m talking 400mg (one capsule).
I will buy one of the Tongkat Ali products from Nootropics Depot next (even before I finish the Soloray bottle), and definitely take it with food per consumer reports. lol
Still waiting to try Tribulus. Looking forward to it. I’ll likely get the NOW brand just because you mentioned it. Thanks!

I made the mistake of taking a tongkat ali capsule in the afternoon one day and had horrible, horrible insomnia. Got around 30 minutes – 1 hour of sleep that night. Definitely feel the higher testosterone though.

Do you know why tongkat ali gave me fatigue? Heard something about low cortisol but I doubt that, 2 months ago bloods said that I was on the upper limit

I noticed that some Tribulus brands don't contain Protodioscin. The brand you recommended doesn't, but the Now Extreme capsule does contain it. From what I read it does matter in how effective it is if it contains Protodioscin. Do you believe it matters? And, if I were to take the capsule and empty it into a drink would the taste be too unbearable? lol.. I can't swallow large capsules is why I ask.

Take tomcat ali with food or you'll be sorry. The nausea is horrible.
