Wow! That is quite an extensive stack you take daily. I'm curious, do you take Ritalin daily, and if so, at what dose? I have not found a Nootropic that replaces a stimulant for Adult ADHD, guessing you haven't either. Very interested in supplements that are neuroprotective, healing, and complimentary to stimulant medication as you discuss.

I really recommend you to take a break (5 days on 2 days off) from ritalin to make it work better in the long term and avoid downregulation of dopamine receptors..

Good morning David, could you comment on ORMUS? Atomic mono atomic gold and also ethereum gold. I would appreciate your thoughts on the ORMUS products, there are many.

  • Crixus The Norman

This was very informative. I was wondering what your personal stack was. As someone who is on Vyvanse and recently came off suboxone after years, I've had to claw my way out of of hole and your videos have helped me very much.
    Thank you.

sulbutiamine is top tier! Wish I had bought it sooner. My workouts have been phenomenal since.

Do you have a source for Ani?

Also, I have ADHD, but I’m curious how you would adjust this stack for someone who’s nearly 21?

I know tumeric can reduce 5-alpha reductase which can lower DHT lowering motivation. How do you feel about this notion?

Additionally, outside of these supplements. Do you take anything else?

Oh oh and do you take specific before meditation? I’ve read your article but curious if you take them beforehand and if you have any additional meditative recommendations? I’ve heard gotu kola, bacopa, and holy basil have been used to accelerate the process.

  • Andrew Hazelwood

Lastly, thank you David, I want you to know you’ve added a new level of depth and appreciation for my life. Nootropics helped me get sober and function at a level I thought I’d never obtain again. I was a “gifted child” testing well into the exceptionally gifted range. I fell into a great depression and started to abuse a plethora of illicit substances… my ability to sustain attention and retain information had been severely deteriorated. I decided to start using nootropics toward the end of my depressive episode. It completely restored my cognitive function I had lost to my lengthy battle with the disintegrated autonomous parts of myself. I began meditating, working out, and Eating a healthy diet. Living a quality life style. I use to be a anxiety ridden self deprecating mess. I have you to thank for consolidating all this information in an easily accessible format. You have my eternal thanks. Nootropics gave me the opportunity to reclaim my life. You made this process exponentially easier. I am now perusing a double major in neuroscience and philosophy. You sparked my interest in the study of the brain. You helped me find purpose again.

Is bioavailability of ALCAR good?.i never experience any benefits of it like from example-NAC on dopamine.

I take only few nootropic which are critical for my health: R-ALA, benfotiamine, black seed oil and lions mane.sometimes NAC and sulforaphane.

I was surprised how encapsulated 2x900mg cold pressed black oil affect my nervous system.I am taking this other supplements for long and i can say BsO is most benefitial nootropic for me by far especially when taken together with lions mane after meals , my dg is small fibre neuropathy.
