Wanted to come here to get your input: I've been using lions mane for a few months at this point and I've noticed that I've become more genuinely interested in how people are doing. That said, at times it feels like I experience too much empathy. quick question in regards to Ashwagandha. I currently take the Garden of life KSM-66 version (not Nootropic Depot, sorry mate). Could I essentially take the Shoden version before bed and the KSM-66 in the morning? I love the way the Ashwagandha makes me feel, so I'm guessing the Shoden may indeed do wonders for my sleep.

Hey Michael, I've been having a lot of anxiety recently. My doctor prescribed me Sertraline, but I haven't started taking it yet. I'm kind of in a dilemma, because I'm not sure if I should start with the Sertraline, or if I should just try out some Nootropics first (brand new to Nootropics). What do you think? My routine is pretty similar, mainly ksm66, lemon balm, and gotu kola, and some other complementary supps for bedtime I sometimes take to boost immunity during covid are zinc/mag, reishi/mushroom stacks, echenachia&goldenseal, and chamomile tea

Dont take ashwaghanda is the worst supplement i took it and couldnt sleep for 2 days straight then i stopped then i fell asleep quicker i threw it away it has bad side effects makes you feel weird like lack of desire and idk just dont take
